Learn the art of Maple Sugaring with the Berks County Parks and Recreation Department. Park staff will show participants how to identify and tap sugar maple trees, then watch the process of turning sap into liquid gold while tasting the fresh maple sugar.
Participants should come prepared for a short hike and chilly weather. $3 per person, pre-registration required. Two classes are offered by the parks department.
