FIT4MOM Reading runs fitness classes for women in all stages of motherhood, from pregnancy onward. We offer a variety of child interactive and adult only classes that meet the various needs of our members at their unique stage in their fitness journeys.
What sets us apart from other fitness class companies is that in addition to helping mothers reach their physical fitness goals, we spend an equal amount of time developing and providing opportunities for our members to interact with one another in meaningful ways.
This connection, our village, is what sets us apart. Our village supports one another through the ups and downs of being a mother, wife, sister, daughter, etc, with no judgement. Whether it is conversations at class, mom’s night out activities, family fun days, or discussions happening on our online platforms, our members are always there for each other. This combination focus on physical health as well as mental/emotional health is where the true value of Fit4Mom Reading can be found.
About FIT4MOM Reading
As a franchise owner I have completed franchise training provided by FIT4MOM Home Office. Each of our instructors have completed program appropriate training in order to instruct her program as well as completed training in a Fit4Mom fitness foundations course-providing training on teaching fitness classes for all stages of motherhood.
What Can New Clients Expect?
First time customers can expect to participate in a work out (intensity will depend on the class they register for) during which they will get to know about the other member of our village, and also share as much as they are comfortable sharing about their own motherhood journey. Our members are extremely gracious and welcoming, and they always enjoy the opportunity to welcome new moms into the village. And the best part, the first class is always free!
What Inspires You?
“Seeing the moms who join our classes develop new friendships and new fitness goals and accomplishments” said Kaitlyn Day, owner of FIT4MOM Reading. “Providing a village of support for the moms and giving each mom a new community to lean on during all stages of motherhood. I also am inspired to do my job as I see our children that come to class with us, learning the importance of a healthy lifestyle, in not only the fitness part but also seeing mom taking care of herself and making herself, her health, a priority.”
