The Reading Science Center aims to provide educational and entertaining hands-on science and technology experiences for the community, schools, and families. We are a hands-on science center with 50+ exhibits, completely interactive and staffed by volunteers, located in Downtown Reading and support children, families, and local programs in exploring STEM. Visitors are greeted by a large scale rocket coming down our staircase to the Center. Next, visitors check in with a volunteer and offered an explanation on how the Center could be navigated. We offer BINGO & SCAVENGER HUNTS to aid in your exploration of the RSC. A typical visit is 2.5 hours in length. There is also a classroom activity between 12 – 3p.
