As a Certified Health Coach for individuals and families, I strive to inspire healthy living through simple changes. I focus on the four pillars of health: your LIFESTYLE – how you live; your EXERCISE style – how you move; your ATTITUDE – how you think; your NUTRITION – how you eat. My focus is supporting you in all ways so that you can successfully reach your health and wellness goals.
Through individual or group sessions, we cover basic label reading, nutrition needs, activity plans and goal setting. Additional services include Meal Planning, Pantry Makeovers, Smart Shopping Services, Recipe Makeovers and more. I am certified to work with children, adults, pregnant women and seniors.
In addition to Health Coaching, I am also a distributor of the indoor/outdoor vertical growing system, the Tower Garden, and Juice Plus Whole Food Concentrate. These are two additional solutions for adding more fruits and veggies daily.
What can clients expect?

Each session is individualized to address specific needs and concerns. We also create plans to set and achieve goals in order to begin new healthy habits.
