My name is Brian Klein and I am Blue Ink Notary – a mobile notary serving Berks and the surrounding counties. I do not have an office and I am COMPLETELY mobile which means when you need my services, I travel to YOU, your place of work or any other location of your choosing. I am friendly, prompt, thorough, honest and will handle the documents you need notarized with complete discretion.
I am available to notarize: loan documents, wills, medical directives, advanced health care directives and other medical documents, powers of attorney, school documents, adoption paperwork, estate planning documents and affidavits for court proceedings and more. I am NOT able to assist you with motor vehicle services and vehicle title transfers. New customers can expect Blue Ink Notary to meet them at their convenience at the time of their choosing, so long as I am not already booked. Payment is due at the time services are rendered and are payable via cash, personal or business check, credit card, Venmo and Cash App. I will verify you and any other signers’ identities via valid, government issued, photo ID. Signers MUST be present and have a valid ID in order for me to notarize their signature. I will look over your document(s) and assure that you’ve read and understand what it is you are signing and requesting notarization for. I will have you and any other appropriate persons sign and then I will notarize.
