Edison Polanco – Charges: Simple Assault. On February 11, 2025, Edison Polanco was involved in a domestic dispute that turned violent. During an argument, he struck the female victim in the head with a closed fist. When the victim’s daughter attempted to intervene, he assaulted her as well and dragged both victims by their hair down the stairs. A neighbor who attempted to help witnessed Polanco fleeing the scene in the victim’s vehicle. Nikko Sepulveda – Charges: Fleeing to Elude a Police Officer (Felony). On March 4, 2025, the Central Berks Regional Police Department attempted to stop a black BMW traveling at a high rate of speed in Mt. Penn Borough. When the officer activated her overhead lights, Sepulveda accelerated, ignoring stop signs and red lights. The officer terminated the pursuit after losing sight of the vehicle.
