Marvin Grasty Jr. – Charges: Theft by unlawful taking (Felony), Obstructing law enforcement, resisting arrest. On January 13, 2025, a bench warrant was issued for Marvin Grasty Jr. for failure to appear in court on felony theft by unlawful taking charges. Grasty is also wanted on another bench warrant for failing to appear in court on December 11, 2024, for resisting arrest charges. DOB: 08/20/1991 5ft. 6in./190 lbs. James Harner – Charges: Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance. On March 4, 2024, while conducting an eviction at the residence of James Harner, the Berks County Sheriff’s Office discovered a marijuana grow operation. The Douglass Township Police Department responded to the scene, and a search warrant was obtained. During the search, officers found marijuana stored in a chest freezer, a refrigerator, and plastic tubs. Steven Savini – Charges: Fleeing to elude a police officer (felony), reckless driving, driving under suspended license. On May 14th, 2024, the defendant Steven Savini was operating a motorcycle without a license plate in Hamburg borough. When a Hamburg police officer activated his emergency lights and sirens to stop Savini he fled at a high rate of speed. Police followed Savini until he drove onto the center median and passed multiple vehicles. Charges were filed by the Hamburg Borough Police Department. DOB: 01/05/2000 6ft. 240 lbs.
