Jonathan Montilla-Diaz – Charges: Theft by Deception, Receiving Stolen Property, Bad Checks, Insurance Fraud. On February 21, 2023, Jonathan Montilla-Diaz issued a fraudulent check in the amount of $2,599.36 to purchase auto parts. As a result, felony charges were filed by the Cumru Township Police Department on March 29, 2023. Additionally, Montilla-Diaz is wanted by the Office of the Attorney General for felony charges related to insurance fraud, filed on March 11, 2025. Krista Norton – Charges: Retail Theft (Felony). On February 4, 2025, Krista Norton entered Excitement Video Store in Cumru Township and concealed an item inside her purse. She exited the store without paying for the item, which was valued at $129.99. Due to this being her fifth retail theft offense, felony charges were filed.
