Noel Rivera: Strangulation, Aggravated assault. On 02/21/2025, the defendant Noel Rivera got into a verbal argument with the female victim when he punched her in the face. Rivera also wrapped a white electrical cord around the victim’s neck while stating “ I will kill you”. Rivera then grabbed a small knife and held it to the victim’s neck while threatening to “kill her”. The victim recalled almost passing out after being choked with the electrical cord. Yajaira Dejesus: Robbery, Robbery of a motor vehicle, Theft by unlawful taking. On January 25th, 2025, the victim gave Yajaira Dejesus and another unknown female a ride to the area of Chapel Terrace and South Street. When he stopped the vehicle, the females pointed firearms at him. They took the victims money and a cell phone while he was in the driver’s seat. Also, during the robbery Dejesus told the victim to “get out or get shot.” The victim got out of his vehicle and the suspects drove off in his vehicle. DOB: 03/27/1988 5ft. 4in./145 lbs.
