Cole Rehrig – Charges: Strangulation (Probation Violation – Felony Conviction), Domestic Relations Warrant (Non-Payment of Child Support). A bench warrant was issued for Cole Rehrig after he failed to comply with the conditions of Berks County Adult Probation and Parole. Rehrig was previously convicted on a felony strangulation charge. Brittany Berger – Felony Charges: Access Device Is Counterfeit, Altered, Incomplete-Access Device Fraud-Theft By Unlaw Taking-Movable Prop- Identity Theft-Forgery. On February 17, 2025, Brittany Berger stole seven envelopes containing checks from a victim’s business mailbox. She altered the checks and successfully cashed one at an unknown bank in Philadelphia for $1,663.28. Surveillance footage identified Berger, and charges were filed by the Caernarvon Township Police Department on February 28, 2025. DOB: 05/30/1989 Height/Weight: 5’4″ / 160 lbs.
