Axel Caraballo-Morales – Charges: Criminal Attempted Homicide, Aggravated Assault, Persons Not to Possess a Firearm. On April 3, 2025, Axel Caraballo-Morales was involved in a verbal altercation with the victim while inside her vehicle. The argument continued as they drove to his residence. After exiting the vehicle and entering his home, Caraballo-Morales returned with a modified handgun and fired multiple shots at the victim, who remained in her car. Although the victim was not physically injured, several bullets struck her vehicle, and she reported bullets narrowly missing her head. DOB: 11/04/1991 Height/Weight: 6’1″ / 165 lbs. Pedro Diaz-Reveron – Charges: Simple Assault, Endangering the Welfare of Children. Bench Warrant from Berks County Adult Probation (Simple Assault conviction – issued 12/04/2024). On December 2, 2024, Pedro Diaz-Reveron struck a female victim with a closed fist approximately 8–10 times, causing visible swelling and bruising to her face. As the victim attempted to flee the residence, he pursued her, grabbed her by the hair, and struck her 2–3 more times. DOB: 12/22/1997 Height/Weight: 5’8″ / 130 lbs. Rusty Hoffman Jr. – Charges: Receiving Stolen Property (Felony), 24 Summary Warrants for traffic and non-traffic violations. On July 19, 2024, Rusty Hoffman Jr. knowingly received a stolen 2005 KTM motorcycle belonging to a victim and had no intent to return it.
