Berks under Freeze Warning Saturday night, temperatures as low as 30 possible

The National Weather Service has issued a Freeze Warning for Berks County from late Saturday night through Sunday morning.

Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 possible.

The Warning includes portions of central, northern and southern New Jersey and east central and southeast Pennsylvania.

Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops and other sensitive vegetation. Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
