As one of the most challenging years that our nation has ever seen draws to an end, one West Reading business is giving back for the holiday season.
Coral Reef Connection, located at 544 Penn Ave in West Reading, is planning a special event on Saturday, December 19: A “100 Ham Giveaway”, where 100 families in need can receive a delicious ham for their holiday dinner, at absolutely no charge.
“This is our way to give back in these trying times,” says Coral Reef Connection owner Will Becker. “We will have holiday characters and music, and all CDC guidelines and social distancing [rules] will be enforced.”
In order to be eligible to receive a free ham, anyone interested will need to come to Coral Reef Connection to sign up ahead of time and receive a wristband. Registration has already begun, so don’t delay!
