Winter Weather Advisory Issued for Berks Ahead of Snow Storm

The National Weather Service in Mount Holly, New Jersey, has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Berks County, the Lehigh Valley, and adjacent portions of northern and northwest New Jersey, from 10am Saturday to 1am Sunday.

Snow accumulation from the winter storm is expected to be anywhere from 2 to 4 inches.

Snow is expected to develop from late morning into the afternoon on Saturday. The heaviest snow will likely occur from mid to late afternoon. Snow may mix with sleet
or rain by early Saturday evening before tapering off overnight.

Plan on slippery road conditions. Slow down and use caution while traveling.
