Berks Sinfonietta is a 501(c)(3) chamber orchestra based in Reading. Founded in 2014, the orchestra brings together professional musicians from the region for a broad classical repertoire. Their mission is to nurture local talent, build audiences through outreach and youth engagement, and prioritize diversity in programming, including underrepresented composers and women’s works.

Berks Sinfonietta produces a full concert season each year, performing works from across the classical tradition while introducing audiences to music they might not otherwise encounter. Through affordable ticket prices and special outreach programs, the orchestra ensures that live classical music is accessible to all.
