At the heart of the project are YVC’s Youth Mental Health Ambassadors (YMHA)—a dynamic and diverse group of students from across Berks County who are actively engaged in mental health training, advocacy, and peer support. These young leaders develop and spearhead youth-driven projects that raise awareness and reduce stigma around mental health.

They have taken on the vital role of amplifying youth voices, listening to their peers, and bringing real issues to the forefront through creative initiatives. Drawing from real stories, community input, and lived experience, they YMHA have helped to shape At Some Point which speaks with authenticity, urgency, and compassion.

“This is not just a play—it’s a conversation starter, a safe space, and a way for young people to know they are not alone,” said Susan Rohn, Executive Director, Yocum Institute for Arts Education.
