The Berks County Coroner’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating the next of kin for three individuals who recently passed away of natural causes.
Tracy Adams, a 56-year-old woman who lived at West Reading Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in West Reading, died on June 4, 2025, at Reading Hospital.
Eugene Frymoyer, a 77-year-old man who lived in the 100 block of North Front Street in Reading, died on June 22, 2025, also at Reading Hospital.
In a separate case, the office is also seeking relatives of Gerald L. Gruber, a 72-year-old man who resided in the 3000 block of Montclair Avenue in Laureldale. Gruber died of natural causes on July 24, 2025, at Penn State Health St. Joseph.
Anyone with information regarding the next of kin for any of the individuals is asked to contact the Berks County Coroner’s Office at 610-478-3280.
