Pennsylvania State Police have released an updated composite sketch of a man they say is a person of interest in the murder of a security guard on August 6, 2022, in New Morgan Borough.
On Saturday, August 6th, 2022, at approximately 12:10am, a private security guard, identified as 37 year-old Troy Allen Rickenbach, was shot and killed while patroling the area of Quarry Road and Mineview Drive.

The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 6’0″, 230 lbs, with a reddish colored beard. The suspect vehicle is a darker blue Dodge or Chrysler minivan. It is believed the suspect(s) were engaged in stealing catalytic converters. Reference incident number: PA2022-1002850.
