The West Reading Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a person who defaced numerous areas throughout the borough with graffiti during the overnight hours of June 24, 2021.
Seen from security cameras, the individual tagged a traffic signal box at 5th Avenue and Penn Avenue, among other places.
