Wyomissing police are investigating a shooting that occurred in the early morning hours of Sunday, August 3, in the area of Wellington Boulevard and Devonshire Drive.
According to the department, several shots were fired during the incident, striking both a vehicle and a home. No injuries have been reported.
Police are asking anyone with information to contact the Wyomissing Police Department at 610-375-6102 or submit a tip through the department’s Crimewatch page.
Anonymous tips can also be reported to Crime Alert Berks County by calling 1-877-373-9913 or by texting 847411 and starting the message with the word “ALERTBERKS,” followed by the information.
When providing information, police ask that callers refer to incident number 39-25-5292. The investigation is ongoing.
