The Reading Science Center has announced the appointment of four new members to its Board of Directors, adding a range of professional experience and community leadership to support the organization’s STEM-focused mission.
The new board members are Megan Adukaitis, Susanna Fultz, Megan Campbell Sterling May, and Udi Meirav.
Adukaitis serves as director of career services at Reading Area Community College, where she leads efforts to connect students with career pathways, employer partnerships, and workforce readiness resources. With more than 20 years of experience in higher education leadership, she has worked to expand access to internships and career development opportunities, particularly for first-generation and underrepresented students. A lifelong Berks County resident, Adukaitis joined the board to support early STEM engagement and help connect education with future career opportunities.
Fultz, who will serve as board secretary, is an attorney at Barley Snyder and a member of the firm’s Employment and Litigation practice groups. She has more than a decade of experience focused exclusively on employment law, working with employers on workplace issues, risk mitigation, and practical solutions. Fultz said she joined the board to support initiatives that strengthen education and foster curiosity in science, technology, engineering, and math for young learners in the Greater Reading area.
Campbell Sterling May is managing director at Camperdown Properties, where she brings experience in strategic planning, partnership development, and long-term organizational growth. An advocate for science education, she plans to focus on strengthening the Reading Science Center’s visibility and relevance through collaboration with researchers, universities, corporate partners, and philanthropic leaders, with the goal of expanding the center’s reach and impact.
Meirav is the president and founder of Calibre Biometrics and holds a PhD in physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. A startup entrepreneur who recently relocated to Berks County, Meirav brings technical expertise and an entrepreneurial perspective to the board. He joined the Reading Science Center as a supporter of science education and its role in the center’s long-term growth and vision.
According to the organization, the new board members will help guide the Reading Science Center as it continues its work to inspire and educate future generations through hands-on STEM initiatives.
