Campaign co-chairs Angel and Scott Helm thanked supporters for their commitment throughout the year. “What an amazing journey this has been,” they told attendees. “We have met and worked with the best people in our community. All are driven by a strong community spirit and the desire to improve people’s lives.”

The 2025 campaign coincided with United Way’s 100th anniversary, a milestone highlighted during the celebration. Board Chair Joni Naugle emphasized the importance of continued support as the organization prepares for the year ahead. “We are deeply grateful to United Way supporters for the commitment to carrying our work forward,” she said.

United Way invests in more than 80 programs advancing literacy, school readiness, education, food security, health and workforce development. Officials said the funds raised this year will impact approximately 190,000 Berks County residents in 2026.
