Oley Fire Company celebrates 125 years of community service with parade

Hundreds of residents, community leaders and firefighters gathered in Oley Saturday afternoon to celebrate the 125th anniversary of the Oley Fire Company and the 75th anniversary of the Oley Valley Community Fair Association.

The event kicked off with a parade including dozens of fire tucks from surrounding departments down Main Street in Oley. Following the parade, officials held a small ceremony to honor fire and fair volunteers.

After the ceremony, Oley Fire Company held a housing ceremony for two of their newest fire trucks.
