The Reading Parking Authority announced Friday that it is moving its Citizen & Customer Services office to 430 South 4th Street beginning Monday, April 3, 2023.
All citizen and customer services are relocating to the new location, which is the former Riverfront Federal Credit Union building next to the Bingaman Street Bridge.
The move is intended to make accessing services more convenient for the public. Among the most anticipated changes is providing services to citizens and customers at the two-lane drive-thru.
Everyone coming to the new location is highly encouraged to use the drive-thru located at the rear of the building. Way-finding signs are available at multiple locations around the building.
Citizen and customer services will continue to be available Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
