Muhlenberg Greene Architects principal names chairman of City of Reading Building and Fire Code Board of Appeals

Scott O. Graham, AIA, President, and Principal at Muhlenberg Greene Architects has been appointed Chairman of the Board by the City of Reading Building and Fire Board of Appeals.

Graham will hold a 1-year term as Chairman.

The Board of Appeals consists of five members appointed by the City’s Mayor and approved by City Council. They are tasked with adjudicating appeals to the City’s adopted building codes and local ordinances.

Graham holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia, and a Master of Architecture degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology’s Hillier College of Architecture and Design.

He is a registered architect in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland, and serves as Architect of Record for the firm’s Commercial, Residential and Higher Education projects.

Graham joined Muhlenberg Greene Architects in 2010, was named as a Principal in 2016 and is the firm’s current President. He has served as Lead Designer and Project Manager for many of the firm’s notable projects since 2010. Mr. Graham lives in Lititz, PA with his wife and three children.
