Celebration Villa of Exeter is a local Personal Care community located in the heart of Exeter Township. We are a one level community nestled back in a wooded lot providing privacy and top quality care to our residents. At Celebration Villa of Exeter, we offer a range of level of care services catering to individuals who just want the ease of community living up to those who require more hands-on support with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and continence management. With trained, compassionate staff in the building 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, families and friends can have peace of mind knowing that their loved one is safe and cared for. Overseeing this team of caregivers, is Director of Nursing, Shirley Morris, and Resident Care Coordinator, Danika Grassley, who focus on continuous education with the frontline staff as well as supporting residents and families in coordinating medical oversight and management.

Our small community specializes in providing personal and individualized care to not only the residents living in our community, but to their friends and families involved in their care as well. With an abundance of common area space and well maintained outdoors areas, residents and their guests can easily enjoy the cozy, home-like atmosphere that Celebration Villa of Exeter provides. Life Enrichment Activities that are designed to nourish the mind, body, and soul are available seven days a week and include popular activities such as Bingo, trivia nights, bible study, pet therapy, morning exercise, Walking Club and much more!

Tired of cooking? Residents in our community enjoy three delicious, chef prepared meals a day. Our menu is tailored to be able to accommodate those with special dietary needs, including no added salt diets, carbohydrate controlled diets, etc. Residents have a variety of options with a made to order breakfast menu, two entree options including sides at lunch and dinner, and an always available menu consisting of salads, deli sandwiches, burgers, and more. To top it off, delicious dessert offerings including key lime pie, pumpkin cheesecake, and homemade brownies are available at lunch and dinner daily!

In 2023, our community celebrated 25 years in operation as a Personal Care community meeting the needs of local seniors and their families. Opened in 1998 under the name Outlook Pointe, the community has since seen a whole building refresh project along with the new name of Celebration Villa of Exeter. While the name may have changed, the focus has always remained the same – to provide the highest quality of care to seniors and their families while providing support through the aging process. In order to be able to further support those dealing with the challenges associated with aging, Celebration Villa of Exeter’s next development will be a highly anticipated Memory Care unit consisting of an 18-apartment neighborhood catering to those living with cognitive impairment and dementia.
