Berks Treasurer only accepting Antlerless Deer Applications by Mail

The Berks County Treasurer’s office will again be only accepting antlerless deer (doe) license applications by mail this year. There will be no over-the-counter purchases of doe licenses in Berks County for this season.

Use of the drop box is also prohibited and applications cannot be submitted through the Berks County Mailroom. Applications without a US Postmark will be returned.

According to the Pennsylvania Game Commission, new state regulations limit hunters to six active doe licenses at a time. Applications will continue to be accepted via US Mail only.

These applications will be processed using the HuntFishPA system guidelines. Hunters who successfully harvest and report antlerless deer harvest(s) through HuntFishPA can reapply for additional antlerless deer license(s) to reach the six active antlerless deer license limits.

HuntFishPA automatically tracks allocations and monitors personal license limits so that hunters cannot be issued more licenses than regulations allow.
