Cash Stolen from Laundromat Machines in Fleetwood and Topton

The Fleetwood Borough Police are investigating multiple theft incidents that occurred at the Kelchner’s Laundromats.

The first incident happened at the Kelchner’s laundromat, located at 229 E. Weis Street, within Topton borough. This incident happened between Sunday, November 22nd 2020, 11:15pm and Monday, November 23, 2020 2:00am. The suspect stole money from the coin boxes.

The second incident occurred at the Kelchner’s Laundromat, 13 E. Main Street, within Fleetwood Borough. This incident happened between Sunday, November 22, 2020 , 11:15pm and Wednesday, November 25th, 2020 10:00am.

The investigators are also attempting to identify a witness, who may be able to assist the investigators. An undetermined amount of cash was stolen.

Anyone with information pertaining to the thefts is asked to submit an anonymous tip to Crime Alert Berks County. Cash rewards are available up to $10,000 if the tip leads to an arrest.
