The Reading Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for a man in connection with a shooting that occurred in the 400 Block of Spring Garden Street on July 31, 2022 at approximately 3:00am. The shooting resulted in the death of Edwin Rivera-Valentín.
The investigation led by Criminal Investigator Trevor Atkins resulted in an arrest warrant for Homicide Charges on Luis Cepeda-Morales aka “Oriel”.

Luis Cepeda-Morales has not been located and The Reading Police Department is requesting that anyone with information on his whereabouts contact the Reading Police Department at 610-655-6116.
