The Farm Traveler, LLC will provide FREE fresh seasonal produce and a recipe for cooking it, to empower folks to eat healthy.

“We are elated to partner with the Farm Traveler, LLC and Penn State Health to provide this important program,” said Michelle Dech, CEO of the LGBT Center of Greater Reading,

“It is happening at a time in which we are experiencing a considerable increase in those utilizing our food pantry. We just served 867 people in January 2024. Of that amount, 340 were children, 473 were adults, and 54 were seniors. This program will enhance and support our efforts to serve those experiencing food insecurity with healthy choices.”
