Patty Pagoda to make Groundhog Day prediction Feb. 2 at Reading Pagoda

It will now take place in front of the “READING Pagoda” sign in the 800-block of Penn Street in Reading, due to possible concerns about road conditions on the mountain and forecasted wind chill.

Original post: Reading’s annual Groundhog Day tradition will return on Monday, Feb. 2, when Patty Pagoda makes her seasonal forecast at the Pagoda.
