222 Bridge Work Begins over Willow Creek in Maidencreek Township

Beginning Monday commutators on 222 in Maiden Creek Township will need to plan for additional travel time due to bridge construction over Willow Creek.

Located between Dries Road and PA 73, construction is estimated to be completed by November 25th, 2020.

PennDOT will shift lanes on 222 north and south to facilitate construction of the US 222 Bridge over Willow Creek. This work is related to the ongoing US 222 Improvement Project that is anticipated to be complete in November 2022.

There may also be short-term traffic stoppages/lane restrictions. Be alerted for changing traffic patterns. Expect delays and please use caution driving through the work zone.
