The severe thunderstorms brought quite the lightning show Tuesday evening across the County. Here is slow motion dash camera video of the lightning in the sky above the Shillington area. *Video has no audio.
Earlier in the day, the first round of severe weather didn’t bring lightning, but heavy rain. The Reading Fire Department was called to the Spring Street Subway for a water rescue and several trees fell across roads in Birdsboro.
