The Berks County Area Agency on Aging’s 53rd Annual Christmas Dinner was held on Saturday, December 24, at the DoubleTree Hotel in downtown Reading.
The holiday dinner is for Berks County seniors, 60 years of age and older, who otherwise would be alone on Christmas.

Roughly 160 seniors participated in the Christmas Eve dinner. In addition to the delicious meal and fellowship, the organization hosted raffles for gift baskets and a special appearance from Santa and ‘Elvis’.
Volunteers also deliver more than 100 dinners to seniors who were unable to attend the dinner through our home delivered meals program.
