The City of Reading has announced updates to traffic patterns near 431 Penn Street as part of ongoing construction in the area.
Madison Avenue has now reopened between Washington Street and Court Street, with normal one-way traffic flow restored. Additionally, Court Street from Madison Avenue to North 5th Street has also returned to its standard directional traffic pattern.
Court Street from 4th Street remains accessible but continues to operate under current construction conditions. Drivers are urged to exercise caution when traveling through the area and to obey all posted signage for their safety.
City officials expressed appreciation for the public’s patience and cooperation during the construction process and noted that further updates will be provided as needed.
