Boyertown’s holiday season will soon get into full swing as Building a Better Boyertown brings back its annual Chillin’ on Main celebration on Saturday, December 6. The family-friendly event will run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., offering a full afternoon of entertainment, shopping, and seasonal fun throughout the downtown.
Downtown Boyertown will be transformed into a festive winter setting for the occasion, featuring holiday decorations, local vendors, and activities for visitors of all ages. Santa and Mrs. Claus will arrive at noon, giving families an opportunity for photos and a chance for children to share their holiday wishes.
Shoppers can browse unique gifts, handmade items, and seasonal specialties from Main Street shops and local vendors. Entertainment will be provided throughout the afternoon with performances by the Boyertown Alumni Marching Unit, Patricia Keith’s Music Studio, Esjay Entertainment, and several local dance and twirling groups.
Food trucks and downtown restaurants will offer a variety of food and drink options, and children can enjoy face painting, crafts, games, and a special activity where kids help mascot Bearianne settle into her cave for the winter.
Organizers say Chillin’ on Main has become a meaningful tradition in Boyertown, bringing together residents and visitors while supporting local businesses. Building a Better Boyertown also thanked Martin Stone Quarries and Grandview Speedway for supporting this year’s event.
