Butler previously served as vice president of construction and joined the company in 2020. According to the company, he played a key role in strengthening operations, improving project delivery, and expanding D&S Elite Construction’s reputation for craftsmanship and customer experience.

“Allen has been an integral part of our success and growth,” Delibertis said in a statement. “His leadership, industry expertise, and commitment to our people-first culture make him the ideal person to step into the role of President.”

Delibertis, who founded the company in 2008, said he will now focus on long-term strategy, business development, and innovation as CEO, while Butler oversees daily operations, team leadership, and project execution.

“I’m honored to step into this role and continue building on the strong foundation Joe has created,” Butler said. “D&S Elite Construction, Inc. has always been about more than building structures, we’re building relationships, communities, and a legacy.”

Company officials said the transition follows one of the strongest years in the company’s history, citing continued growth, an expanded project portfolio, and increased regional recognition.

D&S Elite Construction said the new leadership structure is intended to reinforce its focus on customer experience, craftsmanship, community engagement, and long-term growth.

Founded in 2008, the company provides residential and commercial construction services throughout Eastern Pennsylvania.
