Through this collaboration, ProBerco vocational employees will assist in packing and shipping Rose Foundation Remembrance Cart supplies to hospitals across the country. These carts provide compassionate resources and keepsakes to families experiencing the loss of a baby or child, helping ensure hospitals are equipped to provide gentle guidance and support to families during the most difficult moments of their lives.

The partnership represents a shared commitment to dignity, inclusion, and services centered around caring for others. “This partnership means so much to us personally and professionally,” said Chloe Ciferri, Founder and Executive Director of the Adalyn Rose Foundation. “Before launching the Adalyn Rose Foundation, I worked as a special education teacher and had the privilege of working alongside many incredible individuals with disabilities. To now see individuals in our own community helping prepare these shipments with such care and compassion feels incredibly full circle.”

By partnering with ProBerco, the Adalyn Rose Foundation is not only expanding its ability to serve grieving families nationwide but also investing directly into meaningful employment opportunities within the local community. “There is something truly powerful about people coming together through purpose-driven work,” Ciferri added. “Together, we are creating a partnership rooted in dignity, purpose, and compassionate care for others.”
