36 ice sculptures lined Penn Avenue in West Reading over the weekend in the 5th annual Ice ‘N Spice festival.
The event hosted several ice carvers between 400 and 700 blocks of Penn Avenue. The celebrate, avenue businesses also offered discounts and specials based on the theme of the festival.

Nationally known pumpkin carver Danny Kissel of Kissel Studios, Newville, Cumberland County, lead the talented group of local sculptors, sawing and carving rectangular blocks of ice into crystalline sculptures.
