Jeffrey Leoni, Psy.D., joined the practice of Betterview Counseling & Trauma Recovery, 833 N. Park Road, Wyomissing, in September.
Dr. Leoni is a licensed psychologist with 16 years’ experience in psychotherapy and psychological assessment and a certified clinical trauma professional.
He has studied with clinical experts in the field of PTSD and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR); mindfulness; and contemplative psychotherapy. He also has training and experience in treating chronic pain and medical conditions; grief and loss; anxiety disorders; and autism spectrum conditions.
“I have strong skills in working with and resolving trauma and a deeply held calling and commitment to working with trauma survivors to help them work through and heal from their traumatic life experiences”, said Dr. Leoni.
