The TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce recently joined Chestnut Knoll at Home Services to celebrate their new office space with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Director Linda Detwiler, LPN, and her team celebrated the new office space, starting with a prayer from a hospice chaplain, and then cutting the ribbon with the giant scissors.
The new office space includes 4 offices as well as a kitchen and staff welcome center.
Chestnut Knoll at Home Services oversees 90 caregivers for the elderly, within Berks, Montgomery, and Chester counties, who need non-medical assistance in the comfort of their own home.
The new office is located at 137 Montgomery Ave., Suite 100, Boyertown, within the Boyertown Professional Center.
Staff and caregivers are bonded and insured as well as receive professional training through the Department of Aging. Caregivers are also CPR and First Aid certified. The agency also offers family resource groups to discuss senior living, health, and wellness.
