Due to the pandemic, My Gut Instinct has announced the launch of their Virtual Wellness Week and 7th annual Virtual Guts & Glory Digestive and Wellness Expo.
The Guts & Glory 2020 Wellness Week will be taking place on Monday, September 21st and running until Saturday, September 26th. In previous years, the Guts & Glory event was held at FirstEnergy Stadium.
The purpose of the Wellness Week is to spotlight local businesses and promote health and wellness in Berks County. The community is encouraged to look for social media posts daily during the Wellness Week from local businesses and health-minded organizations offering resources, healthcare information, even giveaways.
The Wellness Week will culminate with our Virtual Guts & Glory Digestive and Wellness Expo on Saturday, September 26th, featuring short videos every hour on their Facebook Page.
