Berks Breast Cancer Support Services announces 2024 recipients of the Dorothy Klausing Bentley Scholarship

Breast Cancer Support Services of Berks County is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2024 Dorothy Klausing Bentley Scholarship.

Dorothy was a resident of Berks County and an active member and supporter of Breast Cancer Support Services. Each year three scholarships are awarded to a direct relative of a breast cancer survivor to attend a two-year, four-year, or graduate school program. The students must reside in Berks County.

This year the three $500 scholarships were awarded to the following 2024 high school graduates in memory of Dorothy Klausing Bentley:

Marin Krause, Douglassville, Daniel Boone Area High School, attending the University of Pittsburgh; Katelynn Humbles, Wernersville, Conrad Weiser High School, attending Moore College of Art and Design; Andres Rodriguez, Reading, Wilson High School, attending Drexel University.

We congratulate Marin, Katelynn, and Andres and wish them success in their future endeavors.
