Building A Better Boyertown re-envisioning design for ‘No Place for Hate’ mural

Building a Better Boyertown announced Monday that it plans to re-envision the current design of the “No Place for Hate” mural located on the Rita’s Water Ice building at 309 E. Philadelphia Avenue.

In the announcement, the mural committee says it is working with community partners to show that Boyertown is a “welcoming, vibrant, and engaging community for people from all walks of life.”

The organization is looking to provide a new, more inclusive, design to reflect what a welcoming community Boyertown is and to promote harmony.

More information is expected to be released in the coming months. The mural is scheduled to be finish this year.
