Dunkin’ will host a grand opening celebration on Saturday, March 7, to unveil its new restaurant featuring the brand’s next-generation design in Douglassville, PA located at 1130 Benjamin Franklin Highway.
Beginning at 10am, Dunkin’ will offer the first 100 guests free Coffee for a Year. To celebrate the grand opening, the store will also offer guests a 99¢ Medium Hot or Iced Coffee for joining the celebration.
This new next-generation restaurant features a modern look that provides a fresh, friendly, vibrant and engaging environment for guests. Complete with a new, warmer interior color palette, the restaurant offers comfortable guest seating and atmospheric lighting.
Exciting elements of the new restaurant experience at the Douglassville, PA location include a modern design with a positive and energetic environment.
Premium Pours with Dunkin’s signature cold beverages are now served through an innovative tap system serving eight consistently cold beverages such as coffees, iced teas, cold brew coffee and nitro infused cold brew coffee.
Increased Energy Efficiency with the new Dunkin’ is a DD Green Achievement restaurant, which is designed to save 25% more energy compared to a standard Dunkin’ restaurant.
Dunkin’ on Demand with fully-integrated digital kiosks coming in the near future, guests will completely control how they order by choosing to order with or without the help of a crew member. Dunkin’ has also introduced an area dedicated to mobile pickups, so that members of the DD Perks Rewards program who order ahead via Dunkin’s Mobile App can get in and out of the restaurant faster than ever before.
At 11am, franchisee Mark Zlocki will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Amity Township Chief of Police Jeffrey Smith, Amity Fire & Rescue Fire Chief Michael Zomolsky, and members of the board of supervisors for Amity Township, Paul Weller and David Hackett.
Attendees will also have the chance to take photos with Dunkin’s mascots, Cuppy and Sprinkles, spin the Dunkin’ branded prize-wheel, enjoy face painting, live DJ, balloon artist, photo booth and other event activities.
The new restaurant will be open from 4am to 10pm, seven days a week, and will employ approximately 20 crew members. The 1,800 square-foot restaurant features indoor seating and free Wi-Fi. Dunkin’ franchisee Mark Zlocki currently owns and operates eleven Dunkin’ restaurants throughout Pennsylvania.
Free Coffee for a Year excludes Cold Brew and Espresso and comes in the form of a coupon book valid for four free Medium Hot or Iced Coffee a month for 12 months + 2 Bonus Months (total 56 coupons). Valid only at the 1130 Benjamin Franklin Highway location.
