Boscov’s has announced the addition of a new 17,000 square foot PennDOT Driver’s License Center at its Boscov’s Outlet Center.
PennDOT will join the existing Boscov’s Outlet Center, located in the plaza near Panera Bread and Member’s 1st Credit Union.
The modernized PennDOT concept will be dramatically larger than previous centers allowing it to better serve Berks County with additional counters, shorter wait times and more services, including a REAL ID Center and Class A Commercial Driver’s License testing.

“We’re excited for PennDOT to join our Boscov’s Outlet Center, filling underutilized space,” said Jim Boscov, Chairman and CEO of Boscov’s. “Provided ample parking, convenient access and a complementary list of tenants, Berks County residents will enjoy future PennDOT visits.”
