Construction Shuts Down Angelica Creek Trail for 6 Months

Schuylkill River Trail announced today the Angelica Creek Trail is expected to be closed for 6-8 months due to Construction on the trail.

Beginning Tuesday January 28, 2020, the trail will be closed from Brentwood Drive to the rear gate of the Waste Water Treatment Plant.

Angelica Creek Trail connects to Kenhorst Borough, Angelica Creek Park and the Schuylkill River Trail. Users can walk, bike, and enjoy the 1 mile pathway to the city-owned 90-acre Angelica Creek Park, educational wetlands and future Environmental Exploration Center.

Contractors estimate the Angelica Creek Trail will reopen sometime between July and September, 2020.
