Central Berks Police Investigating Burglary at Stokesay Castle

Central Berks Regional Police are investigating a burglary that occurred on November 27th, 2019, at approximately 11:06pm. Two men are seen on security camera after they forced entry in to Stokesay Castle in Lower Alsace Township.

The males can be seen arriving on the property and approaching the entry door for Knight’s Pub. One of the males forced entry through a window adjacent to the Knight’s Pub entry door and then, once inside, that male entered the Knight’s Pub and opened a window in there to allow the second male to enter.

Once both males are inside, they go behind the bar inside Knight’s Pub and begin loading backpacks with bottles of liquor before fleeing the scene. If anyone has any information, you are asked contact Detective Sergeant Deron Manndel at dmanndel@centralberks.org or 610-779-1100 ext. 235.
