A man was arrested Thursday after he shot and injured a man following a fight in Northeast Reading, according to the Reading Police Department.
Officers were dispatched for the report of a shooting just after noon, around 12:06pm, that took place in the 1000 block of Windsor Street.

Police say it appears there was an altercation between two males. After a short time, officers were able to locate and arrest the suspect without incident.
The victim is being treated at Reading Hospital for a non-life-threatening single gunshot wound.
Police did not release any additional information on the incident.
