The vehicle matched a description of an earlier reported vehicle believed to be involved in recent package thefts in the area. Officers swarmed the area, and were able to locate the said vehicle. Upon contact with the driver, it was determined that this was the same male suspect from previous incidents.

Luis Enrique Meza Saavedra was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of drug paraphernalia, Theft M1, Theft M2, Receiving Stolen Property M1, Receiving Stolen Property M2.

As in every case, the fact that charges have been filed does not mean that the suspect is guilty, but is rather presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
